Presidium organized an inter-class G.K Quiz competition for Grade 1, 2, 3. The event made sure to involve the participants in their quest for knowledge. The quiz was conducted in a very interactive way and the students participated with great enthusiasm. They skillfully answered the questions asked. Though some of the questions were very tricky, the students answered them confidently. The quiz consisted of general content round, audio, video, and rapid-fire round. The evolving curious minds that emerged as winners were very happy and everyone clapped and cheered for the ecstatic winning of students.

“Sports build good habits, confidence, and discipline”. By participating in sports and games, students gain various skills, experience, confidence, and discipline in life that are helpful for developing their personality. Sport is an integral part of Indian Culture. It helps children to develop mental and physical toughness. To inculcate this spirit in our students, Presidium School celebrated National Sports Day. The National Sports Day is celebrated on the birth anniversary of Hockey Legend Major Dhyan Chand. On this occasion, the students performed with a lot of excitement and vigor in songs, rhyme time, poster making, and role-play of their favorite sports person with zeal. Indeed, it was a wonderful experience for all the students and staff members.

Presidium celebrated Rakshabandhan by usual fervour and gaiety that one associated with this auspicious occasion. Presidian chefs with their teachers made scrumptious and colourful sweets from chocolate. Rakhi making activities and Thali decoration were organized. The pious essence of rice, sindoor, silk thread on the beautiful rakhi plate created the aura of the rich traditional culture of our nation. Students from all classes participated in the celebration and made colourful rakhis which got the appreciation of teachers. Girls dolled themselves up in bandhani, kalamkari, silk, and netted outfits. All in all, the celebration proved that even without popping dance party, the students were found donning traditional attire during the day which in turn spread the message to stay with peace and harmony.

Photography Day is a day whereby we pay tribute to the incredible form of art that is photography. There are many personal photos that we all love and cherish, but there are also photos that tell a story that reminds us of a well-known saying, "A picture is worth one thousand words.” On this special occasion this year, an event was organized in Presidium by the team of " The Art Of Photography (Regd.) Trust. They organized an online photography exhibition of photographs. Students of Grade 3, 4, and 5 clicked and captured various moments which showcased their creativity and innovative ideas. The simple pleasure of snapping photos and watching them on the screen was fun for the young Presidians and they enjoyed the integrity of their photos which they clicked themselves. Students also got to know about the history, art, and various types of cameras used for photography.

Delicate dreams of the future, passionate memories of the glorious past, and resilient hopes for a new India marked the spirit of the 75th Independence Day Celebration in Presidium. The esteemed members of the Management graced the occasion. The flag hoisting and beautiful rendition of the National Anthem were followed by a cultural fiesta. In his address, the revered esteemed guests of the school boosted the morale of the students and urged them to grow up into dutiful citizens. A Sanskrit patriotic song 'Vande Matram,' a semi-classical Indian dance and a dance showcasing Indo-western fusion enkindled the spirit of nationality among the audience. A Mime act reflected the true spirit and meaning of patriotism. The address by the school Head once again inspired everyone to stand united to fight against all odds.
