STUDENTS OBSERVE AIR FORCE DAY WITH A SPECIAL ASSEMBLY
Indian Air Force day: The 89th anniversary of the Indian Air Force will be celebrated with zeal and zest. The Indian Air Force is the air arm of the Indian Armed Forces. Its primary mission is to secure the Indian airspace and to conduct aerial warfare during armed conflict. Presidium presented an assembly that commenced with the chanting of the Gayatri Mantra. Students shared about the day and paid tribute to the Indian Army through their artistic skills. Later, the event consisted of dance performances which added the entertainment quotient in the assembly and spread the fragrance of patriotism. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem.
STUDENTS CELEBRATE WORLD ANIMAL DAY WITH A SPECIAL ASSEMBLY
"The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated."
The international animal day is celebrated on the 4th of October. This day is observed to improve the animals' living and welfare conditions across the globe by raising their status and creating awareness about them. In line with this view, a special assembly was organized for our students on International Animal day. They were excited to know about animals and their welfare during the virtual celebration. Informative and inspiring videos were shown to them to create awareness about animals' welfare and protection. Presidians enthusiastically shared why animals are important and why we should care for them and care about the environment to save them. They participated in various activities designed to raise awareness about the importance of animals in our lives and our planet.
GANDHI JAYANTI: LITTLE BAPUS DISSEMINATE MESSAGE OF LOVE & PEACE
A special assembly on Gandhi Jayanti was conducted by the students of Presidium. It was followed by a skit depicting the teaching of Mahatma Gandhi, sincere efforts by the students to give a deep insight into the life and teaching of Mahatma Gandhi. The assembly finally concluded with the performance of a beautiful song “O aaja re bapu, ainak pehne lathi pakde'' which filled the ambience with the feeling of patriotism for our country. The entire school was awestruck to see the amazing performances. The expressions and gestures of students spoke louder than the words. Everyone applauded the efforts of the participants and congratulated the participants for a splendid performance.
DAUGHTER’S DAY: STUDENTS RECITE HEART-WARMING POEMS
"Daughters are hope and promise of our future"
It is rightly said that lucky are the families who are blessed with a girl child. Daughters are parents' best friends for life. This incredible gift of God is celebrated every fourth Sunday of September as Daughters day. Presidians proudly celebrated this day, providing special attention to every daughter. A special assembly was conducted by the students communicating the importance of daughters in a family. Students recited beautiful and heart-touching poems about daughters and talked about the success stories of the Nations' daughters.
DANCE COMPETITION MOUNTS CONFIDENCE OF YOUNG DANCERS

With the aim of honing the students' dancing skills, a dance competition was organized by Presidium school. The competition began with great zest and excitement. The fun-filled extravaganza offered traditional and western dance forms. All the participants of Grade Nur & Prep were very energetic and performed their dance forms enthusiastically. They were dressed beautifully according to their songs. The choreography, rhythm, synchronization, and presentation of all the students were praiseworthy. The happiness of the students was amply evident with applause and appreciation.
WORLD PEACE DAY: PRESIDIANS PROPAGATE THE IDEALS OF PEACE

The International Day of Peace also known as Peace Day is observed around the world each year on 21 September. The theme for the International Day of Peace this year is "Shaping Peace Together." Students of Presidium celebrated this day and spread messages. They shared that there are many barriers to achieve peace. We must all renew our commitments. English and Hindi Poems were spoken with a message to spread peace all over the world. Students also drew posters and made crafts on this day. In the end, students urged and prayed that we all should create Peace Day every day because all that the world needs is peace and harmony.
INTERNATIONAL DEMOCRACY DAY :AN ODE TO WORLD’S LARGEST DEMOCRACY
The International Day of Democracy is annually held on September 15 to raise public awareness about democracy. Various activities and events are held around the world to promote democracy on this day. Presidium also celebrated this day with full zeal and enthusiasm. To share the importance of this day, young Presidians gave speeches to raise public awareness about democracy day. Posters and flyers were made by children showcasing their urge to vote and make a country strong and powerful. The assembly encouraged other students to share their feelings in promoting democracy. The students understood the importance of giving votes which makes their country successful by achieving its goals of peace and human rights.
PRESIDIANS JOIN HANDS TO WORK IN THE DIRECTION OF SAVING OZONE
Mother of planet EARTH, a fragile shield of gas that protects the Earth from the harmful portion of the rays of the sun, thus helping preserve life on the planet.
The United Nations (UN) International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer is celebrated on September 16 every year. This event commemorates the date of the signing of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer in 1987. Students of Presidium shared their thoughts that the Earth's ozone layer plays an important role in protecting human health, terrestrial lives, aquatic lives, plants, and the environment. A video was also shown wherein they came to know about the gases which are the root cause of depletion of the ozone layer like Chloroflorocholorine gas and Nitrogen oxide. They came to know about the world of substances that threaten the ozone layer and they all promised not to use the 20 years old electronic products like refrigerators, air conditioners which are made up of CFC gases. Students also drew posters that created awareness regarding ozone layer protection.
PRESIDIANS BRING OUT THEIR CREATIVITY ON ENGINEERS’ DAY!

Engineering is a profession where, with the assistance of science or technology, your imagination becomes the truth. Thus, it is only reasonable to say that Engineers are the developing world’s architects and have played a key part in constructing the world from scratch. To commemorate the memory of Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvarayya who had contributed to the field of hydel energy in India and is held with high regard as a pre-eminent engineer of India. The students of Presidium celebrated Engineers Days, or E-Day, with a series of fun and challenging events. This day was set to celebrate the engineering profession by giving students the chance to apply their engineering skills in fun, exciting, and creative ways. Indeed, it was a wonderful experience for all the students.
विद्यार्थियों ने जोश में हिंदी दिवस का आयोजन किया I
“हिंदी भाषा नहीं, भावों की अभिव्यक्ति है।
यह मातृभूमि पर, मिटने वालों की भक्ति है।”
अंग्रेजी की बढ़ती हुई मांग को देख, हिंदी भाषा के वजूद को बनाए रखने के लिए देश में, हर साल 14 सितंबर को हिंदी दिवस मनाया जाता है। इस अवसर पर प्रिसिडियम, विवेक विहार में, विशेष ‘हिंदी कार्यशाला’ का आयोजन किया गया जिसमे कक्षा 1 से 5 तक के विद्यार्थियों ने बढ़ -चढ़ कर हिस्सा लिया । इस कार्यशाला में बच्चों ने हिंदी से संबंधित रोचक तथ्यों को जाना।बच्चों में हिंदी भाषा की समझ सुदृढ़ करने हेतु व्याकरण से संबंधित अनेक विषयों पर रचनात्मक व क्रियात्मक चार्ट, पोस्टर व मॉडल बनवाए गए। बच्चों ने हिंदी के महत्व का बखान करते हुए अनेक कविताएं भी सुनाई।
