Multiplication games are a great way to incorporate fun-based learning as these activities can boost proficiency in multiplication as it is one of the four elementary mathematical operations of arithmetic. In line with this view, students of grade 3 were introduced to multiplication. Through this activity, students observed the important fact that the multiplication and multiplication designation does not affect the result of the multiplication and can also be visualized as counting objects arranged in rectangle and square. This also helped the students to understand their time table and multiplication lessons. The objective to teach, motivate, and engage students effectively was achieved.
